Who we are

This website is operated by Jacko Qld Pty Ltd (ABN 65 639 859 671), Australia. This notice covers the company website at jackoqld.com and correspondence sent to our company contact address.

For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].

Visiting the website

The website provides company and software information. You do not need an account to browse it. There is no enquiry form that collects or stores your message on the website; our email links open your chosen email service.

Our hosting and security providers process technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, maintain reliability and detect abuse. Website traffic and security information may also be available to us through these services.

We do not add advertising trackers or third-party audience analytics to the website. Our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security and traffic management. The portfolio search and filters work in your browser and are not submitted to us as enquiries.

Email enquiries

When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any name, organisation details or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, discuss software or services, provide assistance and keep relevant business correspondence.

Please share only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive records. We do not sell enquiry information or use an enquiry to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, security and business email. These providers process relevant information to deliver their services and may store or process it outside Australia, including in the United States.

We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights.

Keeping information

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide related assistance and meet relevant business or legal record-keeping obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Technical logs, email storage and backups are also subject to the relevant provider’s service arrangements. A deletion request may not immediately remove every copy from provider backups or records that must be retained.

Your questions and requests

You can email [email protected] to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.

Describe your request and the correspondence it relates to. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information. We will consider the request and explain any limitations, including records we are required to keep. If you have a concern, please give us enough detail to investigate and respond.

Individual applications

The software areas in our portfolio can involve different information and access arrangements. This website notice does not describe data processing inside those applications. Refer to the privacy information supplied with the particular application, or contact us for information about the software you use or are considering.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website or our enquiry arrangements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
